DEREK MILLER
CO-OWNER
Derek co-founded The Tile Group with his business partner in 2015. Derek oversees operations of the company and is the lead for sales and estimates.
DAN FENDRYK
CO-OWNER
Dan co-founded The Tile Group with his business partner in 2015. Dan oversees operations of the company and leads production, scheduling, job costing for projects.
JIM MILLER
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jim manages the operations within the office. He has been with The Tile Group since 2016 and his favorite part of the job is writing people’s checks.

JUSTIN
LEAD INSTALLER
Justin joined The Tile Group in 2015. His go to tool on the job is his laser. What Justin appreciates about each project is seeing the finished product.
YOVAN
LEAD INSTALLER
Yovan (joe-van) enjoys the company’s culture. It’s a big part of why he has been with the company since 2014. When he isn’t installing, he’s golfing.
BRANDON
LEAD INSTALLER
Brandon works diligently on every project. He’s been with the company since 2017 and the best part for him after each project is the customer’s expression of satisfaction.
TYLER
LEAD INSTALLER
Tyler views each project as an opportunity to create art. Unveiling his creation to the customer is one his favorite parts of the job and has been since 2017.
KELLY
LEAD INSTALLER
Kelly has been installing tile since 2010. One aspect of the job he enjoys is all of the math involved and he relies heavily on his tape measurer to help with that.

Certified Tile Installer
The CTEF Certified Tile Installer (CTI) program is the only third-party assessment of installer skill and knowledge which is recognized by the tile industry.
Ceramic Tile Education Foundation
The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) provides education and installer certification for professionals working in the ceramic tile and stone industry.
National Tile Contractors Association
The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to the professional installation of ceramic tile and natural stone.
